Rocío Vives Breña

Project Officer

Rocío is responsible for outreach at the European Centre for Algorithmic Transparency (ECAT).

Before arriving at ECAT, Rocío held communications roles at Google and Twitter. She spent the early days of her career in PR agencies, working for tech companies like Tinder, Zoom, Wallapop, LG and Booking.com.

In 2019, Rocío won the national Young Lions PR competition and represented Spain at the Cannes Lions Festival. She holds a double major in Journalism and Film Studies by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
