With the Digital Services Act about to enter fully into force on February 17, Head of the European Centre for Algorithmic Transparency (ECAT) Alberto Pena was invited to speak at an event organised by Garrigues. His intervention covered the role ECAT will have in the implementation of the regulation and the work that our team has done so far in providing technical and scientific support to its development.

The event was an excellent opportunity to connect with Spanish specialists who will work closely in the application of the DSA, highlighting the importance of science for policy. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with civil society and professionals interested in making the internet a safer environment for all Europeans.
