Marc's educational background includes degrees in both Telecommunications and Aeronautical Engineering. He formerly held the position of Team Leader in the IT Innovation division at Barcelona City Council. There, he played a key role in executing the Artificial Intelligence strategy, focusing on developing internal protocols to ensure the ethical application of AI in the deployment of public services. He has also served as a lecturer at the Technical University of Catalonia for over 10 years.
At ECAT, he is part of the enforcement team, assisting data scientists by providing advanced tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance the efficacy of their work.
